BharatBooks Cloud provides a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution focusing on GST billing, inventory management, and accounting. The service is provided as "Software as a Service" (SaaS) on a subscription basis.

3. User Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed through your account is your sole responsibility.

4. Subscription and Payments

• All pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Access to premium features requires a valid paid subscription.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways (Cashfree/Razorpay) to process payments.
• Subscription validity is determined by the specific plan purchased (e.g., 6 months, 1 year).

5. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from using the software for any illegal activities, including fraudulent accounting, money laundering, or unauthorized data access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found violating Indian laws.

6. Data Privacy & Security

Your business data is encrypted and stored securely. While we implement high-level security measures, users are encouraged to use the built-in backup features regularly to prevent data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

The software code, design, brand name "BharatBooks Cloud," and logos are the intellectual property of Akbar Hossain (Agartala, Tripura). You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

BharatBooks Cloud shall not be liable for any financial losses, data errors, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the software. It is a tool to assist in accounting; final tax compliance is the responsibility of the user.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agartala, West Tripura.
